Shortlist requests and business listing requests are stored for manual review. They are not sold as mass leads or published automatically.
Information separation
Public listing data is stored separately from customer enquiries, vendor ownership evidence, administrative notes and commercial records.
Enquiry sharing
Contact information from a couple will not be sent as a mass lead. Sharing with up to three relevant businesses requires a clear consent choice in the form.
Analytics
Names, telephone numbers, email addresses and free-text planning details must not be included in analytics events or public page URLs.
Access and deletion
The site owner can review, correct or delete submissions through the private admin workflow. Enquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months for follow-up and audit, unless earlier deletion is requested or longer retention is legally required.
