Trust methodology
Clear labels, useful reasons
A profile label should tell you exactly what was checked. Sponsorship should never be disguised as verification or a customer rating.
Profile labels
The platform uses separate labels for ownership, information checks, personal visits and paid placement. None of these labels guarantees future service quality or date availability.
| Label | What it means | What it does not mean |
|---|---|---|
| Business claimed | A representative has confirmed their relationship to the business. | It is not a recommendation or quality guarantee. |
| Details checked | Essential profile information was confirmed on the displayed date. | It does not guarantee that price or availability has remained unchanged. |
| Personally visited | A platform representative inspected relevant venue or business details. | It is not awarded merely because a photographer once worked there. |
| Sponsored | The identified placement or profile enhancement is paid. | Payment cannot create ratings or trust labels. |
How recommendations are selected
A concierge shortlist considers location, guest count, facilities, required services, budget context, information freshness and the stated priorities. Up to three options are recorded with a reason for each match.
Corrections and suspensions
Business owners can use the listing form to claim or correct information. A listing may be suspended when essential data appears materially inaccurate, duplicated or unsafe. Sponsored status never prevents suspension.
